We offer full refunds on all orders If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your items at no cost within 14 days, Please email contact@cassandrahone.com for a returns label or a scheduled collection. Please note we do not refund the delivery cost.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and packaging. We will issue a full refund to the card used to place the order once the return has been processed. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note: Silk is a natural fabric and the weave is sometimes irregular, especially on finer fabrics. Although rare and usually very minimal any irregularities and variations in the weave of our fabrics are in no way to be considered as defects. They are a characteristic of a natural fibre. 

When printing silk, shrinkage may occur and although we cater for this in all of our scarf designs shrinkage is an effect beyond our control and measurements can sometimes be out by a couple of mm.
